How do I transition my dog to raw food?

Switch gradually over 7–10 days, starting with small portions of raw food alongside their current diet, then increasing the raw portion daily.

How much raw food should I feed my dog?

A general guideline is 2–3% of your dog’s ideal adult body weight per day. For example, a 20kg dog would need around 400–600g daily.

About Bones

Bones play a crucial role in many raw diets because they naturally provide calcium, phosphorus, and other essential minerals that help keep teeth, bones, and muscles strong.

If feeding bones:

  • Only feed raw, edible bones — never cooked bones.
  • Choose bones suited to your dog’s size and chewing style.
  • Always supervise your dog.
  • You don’t need to feed bones daily. If your dog’s stools turn white or chalky, it’s a sign they’re getting too much bone.

If bones aren’t suitable:
No problem. You can still meet your dog’s calcium needs by adding a supplement to their meals. This provides all the benefits without the chew.
